I've been using the Ocean magnesium for about 6 weeks. I was intrigued by the Instagram commercials and thought I'd give it a try. After taking for a few weeks, I realized I should take before bed and started. After a month, sleeping was better, leg cramps better, nonexistent and more importantly, my knees were significantly better. After my daily 3-mile walks, I would need some Ibuprofen, but no more. Also, I love to cook and after on my feet for 4 -6 hours in the kitchen, my knees would ache, that's gone as well. I never have a problem with sleeping, but I know my body needs magnesium. On the other hand many in my family and friends have issues when it comes to sleeping.
