I have found that all of ocean organic products are very good. They really work like they say I especially like the magnesium I have been able to sleep so much better at night while taking the magnesium the black seed oil. I haven’t noticed any weight loss but I have noticed an overall well-being, but nothing else like the Facebook commercial where the girl says she loses weight and all that -product buildup. I think it takes a while to really get in your system if it’s helping you with quite a few issues as I have, but I can say that I do notice more after 30 days of being on the project and looking forward to being on it longer.
