How much is in it and how do I take it?
Each bottle of Organic Wild Sea Moss contains 60 capsules. Each bottle contains 30 servings of 800 mg of organic Irish sea moss, 250 mg of organic bladderwrack, 150 mg of organic chlorella, and 2000i of vitamin D3.
