At Organics Ocean, we stand behind the quality of our products. Please review the policy below carefully before making a purchase.

 


 

1. 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on products purchased directly from organicsocean.com.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 90 days of the purchase date, subject to the conditions outlined below.

This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly through organicsocean.com. Products purchased through Amazon, retail stores, or other third-party sellers are subject to the return policies of those sellers.

We do not guarantee specific health outcomes, as individual results may vary.

 


 

2. ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

To qualify for a refund:

  • The product must have been purchased directly from organicsocean.com.
  • The refund request must be submitted within 90 days of the purchase date.
  • Only one satisfaction guarantee refund per product, per household, is permitted.
  • All bottles for which a refund is requested — including opened and empty bottles — must be  returned unless otherwise instructed in writing by our Customer Care Team.
  • Returns must use the authorized return label provided by Organics Ocean.
  • Products returned without authorization may be refused.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of suspected abuse, excessive refund history, resale activity, or policy manipulation.

 


 

3. UNOPENED PRODUCT RETURNS (NON-SATISFACTION)


  • Unopened, unused products in original packaging may be returned within 90 days of delivery.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 


 

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN OR REFUND

To initiate a return:

  1. Email care@organicsocean.com or call (503) 714-7182.
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
  3. If approved, we will issue return instructions and an authorized return label.
  4. Returned items must be shipped within 7 calendar days of the label issuance date.

Returns shipped after 7 days may be rejected.

 


 

5. REFUND PROCESSING

Once returned products are received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment only.
  • Refunds cannot be issued to alternate cards, accounts, or payment methods.
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
  • Financial institutions may require additional processing time.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 


 

6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide photos of the product and packaging.

We will resolve verified issues promptly at no additional cost to you.

Failure to report damage within 7 days may result in denial of replacement or refund.

 


 

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Subscription orders may be canceled at any time prior to the next billing date.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to this return policy.

Customers are responsible for managing subscription changes before billing occurs.

 


 

8. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Products not purchased directly from organicsocean.com
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Products marked “Return to Sender” or “Refused” without prior authorization

Unauthorized returns may not be processed.

 


 

9. CHARGEBACK POLICY

We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Organics Ocean may delay resolution and may result in future purchasing restrictions.

We actively respond to and dispute fraudulent or policy-abusive chargebacks.

 


 

10. POLICY ENFORCEMENT

Organics Ocean reserves the right to:

  • Limit refunds
  • Deny returns
  • Cancel accounts
  • Refuse future orders

In cases of suspected fraud, abuse, reseller activity, or policy manipulation.
