How long does this stay fresh?
About 2 years from opening the seal. However, even after two years, it’s still effective. It's similar to the shelf life of medication. The expiration date is printed on the bottom.
How much do I take and when do I take this?
Each bottle contains 60 gummies. There is 2 gummies per serving. And each serving contains 400mg of organic ashwagandha extract, 300mg of organic rhodiola rosea, and 30mg of organic saffron.

You must take a picture of the returned package and send it to us via email or text, so we can ID the tracking number and expedite your refund process. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the package or image, and take 3-5 business days to process.
