I have always had problems and now I'm on a GLP medication so even this supplement is not strong enough for me. I'm taking 4 a day and still not having regular movements, I have to boost it with a light laxative 2-3 times a week. I was hoping this would be my answer but not so far.

About 2 years from opening the seal. However, even after two years it’s still effective. Its similar to the shelf life of medication. The "best by" date should be on the bottom.

Take three (3) capsules once a day with 12 oz of water. Do not take within 2 hours of consuming prescription medication or other vitamins. Do not exceed three capsules per day. Every body is a little different, so try out different times of the day to see what works best for you.
It’s best not to take Better Fiber with supplements or medications. Because the psyllium turns into a gel, it may impact the absorption of vitamins, minerals, and meds. It’s best to take better fiber 2 hours before or after other supplements or prescription medications.

Better Fiber is made to be taken daily forever. It’s best taken daily over a long period of time to support healthy digestion.
