How long does this stay fresh?

About 2 years from opening the seal. However, even after two years, it’s still effective. It's similar to the shelf life of medication. The expiration date is printed on the bottom.

How do I take it and how much is in it?

Each bottle contains 60 gummies. There is 2 gummies per serving. And each serving contains 400 mg of organic ashwagandha extract, 300 mg of organic rhodiola rosea, and 30 mg of organic saffron.
