How long does this stay fresh?

About 2 years from opening the seal. However, even after two years, it’s still effective. It's similar to the shelf life of medication. The expiration date is printed on the bottom.

How much is in it and how do I take it?

Each bottle contains 30 softgel capsules. There is only 1 capsule per serving. And each serving contains 520 mg of black seed oil at 5% thymoquinone concentration.
