Take three (3) capsules once a day with 12 oz of water. Do not take within 2 hours of consuming prescription medication or other vitamins. Do not exceed three capsules per day. Every body is a little different, so try out different times of the day to see what works best for you.
It’s best not to take Better Fiber with supplements or medications. Because the psyllium turns into a gel, it may impact the absorption of vitamins, minerals, and meds. It’s best to take better fiber 2 hours before or after other supplements or prescription medications.
