How long does your fiber stay fresh?

About 2 years from opening the seal. However, even after two years, it’s still effective. It's similar to the shelf life of medication. The expiration date should be on the bottom.

How do I take it and how much is in it?

Each bottle of Better Fiber contains 90 capsules. There are 3 capsules per serving.

 

Take three (3) capsules once a day with 12 oz of water. Do not take within 2 hours of consuming prescription medication or other vitamins. Do not exceed three capsules per day. Every body is a little different, so try out different times of the day to see what works best for you.

 

Because the psyllium turns into a gel, it may impact the absorption of vitamins, minerals, and meds. It’s best to take better fiber 2 hours before or after other supplements or prescription medications.

How long should I take this?

Better Fiber is made to be taken daily forever. It’s best taken daily over a long period of time to support healthy digestion.

What are the side effects?

Side effects may include bloating and gas in a small amount of people. However, this often reduces with time as the body adjusts to increased fiber intake.

How does your third party testing work?

All products, once encapsulated, are tested for biologics at numerous US-based labs. Raw powders are also tested for heavy metals and product ID/purity to ensure our company's quality standards prior to making all products.

How long does shipping take?
