I love this black seed oil !! I believe in the benefit of supplements. I order and try different things an a frequently disappointed. I wasn’t exactly sure what if anything would improve I took one gel cap daily As embarrassing as this is to admit I have been battling with a fungal infection in 2 toenails About a month ago i was drying off from a shower and was thrilled to notice that one of my nails that was completely warped from whatever was growing underneath had suddenly started to grow out healthy and normally Im not sure if thst is the intended outcome but I do know there is a significant amount of thymoquinone which is known to treat nail fungus . How long does your Better Black Seed Oil stay fresh?
About 2 years from opening the seal. However, even after two years, it’s still effective. It's similar to the shelf life of medication. The expiration date is printed on the bottom.
How much is in it and how do I take it?
Each bottle contains 30 softgel capsules. There is only 1 capsule per serving. And each serving contains 520mg of black seed oil at 5% thymoquinone concentration.Take 1 capsule once a day with 12 oz of water. Do not exceed 1 capsule per day. Every body is a little different, so try it out to see what works best for you.
